I’ve had a twitch in my hamstring for 12 hours now.

I stretched last night and foam rolled! And did an hour of yoga this morning! @strikeblr @spiritanimal-omnom steel-magn0lia  

Twitch update: I also developed a twitch in my eye yesterday. I slept probably 6 hours last night (so not a good night’s rest. i need 8) and took a multivitamin this morning and no twitching. I think it’s the multivitamin. That remedy was recommended to me by my therapist last year.

end of december 2013 (117 lbs) vs this morning august 2014 (124 lbs). transformation takes time and sometimes you dont notice any changes and want to give up. i had lots of ups and downs. but im proud of myself! you get to sculpt your body and thats pretty awesome. take care of yourself and never doubt what youre capable of.
